A sailing journey to the far North, from the Norwegian coast to the icy wilderness of Svalbard, at 80° North. This film follows the family behind T/S Saeftinghe, who live and travel aboard their sailing ship while exploring some of the most remote waters on Earth.

Through stunning Arctic landscapes, frozen anchorages, and quiet moments at sea, we see what it means to live close to nature — guided by wind, weather, and a shared dream. It’s a story of adventure and family life at sea, where every sunrise and iceberg reminds us why they call it Out Of The Ordinary.

Filmed during our 2025 Arctic voyage, this is not just a travel film, it’s a glimpse into a way of life shaped by the ocean, the elements, and the love for the North.

In 2027, we will set sail for Svalbard again. Do you want to be part of it? Let us know your interest and you will be notified when the 2027 trips come online. Follow this link!
