land’s wild northern coast aboard T/S Saeftinghe. From 29 August to 12 S
eptember 2027\, we sail from Ísafjörður to Höfn. During this two-week
voyage\, we follow Iceland’s remote northern and eastern coastline\, exp
loring deep fjords\, rugged landscapes and isolated communities along the
way. This is a more challenging Inspire voyage\, covering longer distances
and sailing through waters where wind\, waves and rapidly changing weathe
r help determine our route. Possible highlights include Akureyri\, the imp
ressive fjords of northern Iceland and\, if conditions permit\, the remote
island of Grímsey on the Arctic Circle. As we continue east\, the coastl
ine becomes increasingly wild and sparsely populated. The longer duration
gives us time to combine real passage-making with sheltered anchorages\, s
mall harbours and opportunities to discover Iceland beyond the usual route
 s. A varied sailing adventure for those who want to experience life at sea
